Just about any fashion-obsessed college student relishes flipping through the latest issue of Vogue and browsing the designer collections online, but doing so can be a love-hate activity. Yes, you’re seeing gorgeous clothes and getting inspiration, but you’re also forced to be heartbroken by sky-high prices time and time again.
