Yesterday, Oct. 8, four Northeastern students came in to speak to the Fashion & Retail Society and Northeastern Public Relations Student Society of America about their respective fashion co-ops. Although we loved what each of them were wearing, we couldn’t help but notice that one of the speakers had on a piece that we had all been pining over — a Zara skort.
Name: Esther Tam
Major: Business – Marketing
Fashion Co-op: NARS Digital and Social Media Assistant
How did you put together this outfit?: I based my outfit around the skort. To keep that as the focus, I kept the rest of my outfit simple with neutral colors and minimal jewelry. I purposely didn’t wear tights (even though it was a bit chilly outside) so that the angular cut of the skort was highlighted. My motto for dressing this season is “effortlessly chic and cool, yet natural and laidback” — the “French editor” look.
Want a chance to be in the spotlight? Make sure to come to our general meetings on Tuesdays in 106 West Village G from 7:15-8:15 p.m. with a standout outfit.
