Monaco’s Royal family welcomed Spring with their annual Rose Ball. The charity ball, a tradition inaugurated by Grace Kelly, is an occasion to help raise funds for the Foundation that bears her name. This year’s guest of honor was Karl Lagerfeld, who chose the theme of ball, “Beauty & Pop,” a nod to the Belle Époque.

Attending the gala ball were Carlota Casiraghi and her partner, Gad Elmaleh. The daughter of the Princess Caroline de Hanover attracted all eyes with her pastel pink drop hem Chanel dress. Her new haircut, short and wavy, glitter nail polish, and simple jewelry were the accessories chosen to complete her look.

Princess Charlene, dressed in a silk Ralp Lauren ball gown, entered the venue with a cream biker jacket. Once inside, she took the perfecto off, revealing her ivory dress with Swarovski detailing around the neck and shoulders. Prince Albert, loyal to his formal style, wore a classic tux and bow tie.

Two other popular faces at the Monegasque ball were Cara Delevingne, wearing Chanel Couture, and Natalia Vodianova, dressed in Dior.

  1. It seems like although Princess Charlene is smiling her eyes remain sad all the time. I love all the detailing of her dress
