In a dreamy blend of gold embellishments, silk, and sequins, Zuhair Murad presents his collection appropriately titled “Golden Age.” It was a perfect display of the designer’s eye for detail and excellent craftsmanship. Each look was feminine, but not overly so, and was made to compliment the female form.

Murad executed his vision expertly, not overdoing the gold tones, even managing to effectively execute a cape of painted feathers. The embroideries on the dress don’t overwhelm the pieces; rather, they add a light, delicate feel to designs. His pieces ranged from gowns with embroidered bodices, trickling down into smaller embellishments, to draped dresses that channeled Grecian styles.

It’s no doubt that these looks will be all over the red carpet as awards season continues on. Murad crafted elegant, eye-catching pieces that any girl would love to wear.
