We hope you had a wonderful time at Fashion’s Night Out last night!
A few Haute Fashion members started the night off at Red Mango before heading over to Copley Place, where FNO was officially kicking off. Copley held fashion shows in the Center Court throughout the night, including Neiman Marcus, Elie Tahari, Jimmy Choo, and MassArt’s Wearable Art, while individual stores held parties and promotions. A walk through the Prudential Center revealed a Breakfast at Tiffany’s viewing, Free People fashion show, and DIY headbands in the Free People store.
Newbury Street closed down to allow pedestrians to enjoy the night without having to worry about any cars other than the luxury cars displayed up and down the street by Herb Chambers. Also on the street, crowds gathered to watch a fashion show by M. Miller, Firas Yousif, and others in front of Stephanie’s. Models also stood in the windows of several stores, which was a refreshing change from the mannequins usually displayed.
Throughout the night, shops offered discounts, drinks, and gifts to the delight of fashion enthusiasts. Hotel Chocolat had delicious chocolate (I tried a salted caramel chocolate and a vanilla truffle) and champagne to customers, while Diane von Furstenberg had catered sweet treats. Marc by Marc Jacobs featured a photobooth and gifts, and Madewell offered hair-braiding in-store. And these were just a few of the events! Fashion’s Night Out Boston continues to grow each year, and we can’t wait until next year’s FNO.
